The Aero All Gas Co

All Gas has been a constant presence in my Connecticut neighborhood for seventeen years...When I questioned why they charged me twice as much as other companies charged for their propane, All Gas responded that their cost basis is higher...When I asked what my options were in purchasing less expensive propane...All Gas advised that I was required to buy propane from them because they owned the tank...and no other propane provider could touch their tank...When I asked All Gas why I paid one price and the nice old retired folks in my neighborhood...who live in the same style home as I do were paying double what I was paying...All Gas responded that they must use less gas or they must have prepaid for their propane...When I asked All Gas to sell me the tank for the same price they sold tanks previously in the neighborhood...All Gas responded that it was a mistake for them to sell seventeen year old propane tanks for $400 or $500 and insisted that I pay them $1000 for a seventeen year old tank...I have found All Gas a greedy entity which takes advantage of a state enforced monopoly on the delivery of propane...I wholeheartedly recommend that you buy your own propane tank...don't enter into any contract...and shop carefully for the cheapest propane provider in your area...if not...All Gas will exploit your lack of knowledge...for they are only in this for themselves...customers...be darned...
