Reach For The Stars Academy Of Dance in Hartford is A-one in our book. I have just finished visiting Dance studio's in our area....and there is no on with-in a 50 mile radius that can compete with this studio in professionalism, creativity,, cleanliness, and knowledgable. Since Conn. is one of the only States where you DON'T need a license to teach dance, I was impressed that the owner and main instructor, Ms. Marrone was tested and certified in the subjects she teaches by several dance organizations such as Dance Educators of America. She took alot of time explaining her program and getting to know my two daughters while I was there. She impressed us as a very mature & responsible adult who is willing to invest her time and talents into our children. She offers two different programs; one for serious minded dancers (competitive) and a different program for children who just want to dance, sing, create and have fun (recreational). Just wanted to let you know, you can make the rounds if you want to, but my husband and I did all the research, and this is #1.

Reach For The Stars Academy Of Dance is wonderful. my daughters love dancing there and compete alot on the winter weekends. they have great fun and love the teachers and there classmates. the end of year performance is always a good show, not just another dance recital. the owner.operator does alot for the kids thoughout the year and puts on an awards banquet to showcase the students and give them a night to themselves. also the community work is great experience for the kids to give back for very good causes. thanks to the management for the job well done.

Reach for the Stars is the best dance studio around. The dance instruction is great. For little ones its fun and they learn a lot. Its also great for older girls because there are recreational classes just for fun, and classes for serious dancers that go to dance competitions. Older girls are not manipulated into staying, the reason they stay is because the studio is fantastic and really becomes a second family. If anything, mary just shares her love of dance with the girls.

This studio is fun and the children seem to learn a lot! Dancing should be fun first! All I care is tht my little girl is happy and looks forward to dance every week. I would recommend this studio!
