What a nightmare! I really wish I had done my research before renting with them and came across this page. I moved out in August; its now November and they still haven't returned my security deposit and have made up a bunch of fake damages to try to get more money from me. I'm going to take them to small claims court - as of today, November 3, 2008, they have 153 small claims all dealing with such issues. Apparently they have also been sued by the Attorney General of CT, but that hasn't stopped them - http://www.ct.gov/AG/cwp/view.asp?A=1949&Q=293458 I paid every single rent check on time and still have to deal with this bs. They are also the rudest people - a simple request like getting a parking pass cause my car was in the garage and they unnecessarily gave me grief for it. UGH. If you do decide to go with them, at least let them know what kind of reviews they have been getting and maybe they will learn some accountability. Good luck! Oh also, my TREK bike got stolen from the basement...someone cut through the chain I had on it. While I don't hold them directly responsible, at least it should tell you something about how unsecure their apartments are.
