Mac Transportation LLC in Fair Haven Heights is unreliable. I have had people waiting for their ride for over 2 hours at my facility. This is inappropriate, and unacceptable at a medical facility. People being left for extended times, especially during meal times where they may be missing medication dosages or other problems related to extended wait times. We called 5 times before we got a pick-up.
